Everything you need, in one partner portal
Your partner portal is where you issue codes, keep track of who has them and manage billing. There is nothing to install: sign in with Google or your email address.
Access codes
Issue a code to any student, by email or by hand
Choose how long each student's Pro access lasts, then either email the code straight to the student or issue it by hand to give out in class or at your front desk. Each code works once, for one account, and the access period only starts when the student activates it, so a code you issue ahead of a new intake is not used up while it waits.

The price for every length is shown before you issue
Every code you issue is listed against the student you gave it to, with how and when it was given and whether it has been redeemed. If an emailed code goes astray, resend it and the old code stops working. If a student leaves before using their code, cancel it.

Make IELTS preparation part of your student services
Most IELTS preparation happens between classes. With Pro, every student you enrol can practise all four skills whenever they have time, get detailed feedback against the IELTS band descriptors, and come to your next lesson knowing what to work on. Schools offer it in three main ways.

Your seat limit is the most codes you can have issued and not yet paid for at one time. When you join, it is set to the number of students a month you enter, up to 100. You can change it in your partner portal at any time. Until your first invoice is paid, the limit is at most 10.
Cancel an unused code before it is invoiced and you do not pay for it. If you cancel a code before it is invoiced, later codes from that month move to their new place in the month, so they may cost more.
Full IELTS Practice Pro for 2, 3 or 6 months, or 1 year: unlimited practice across all four skills, full mock tests, practice by question type, the live Speaking interview with real-time coaching, and band feedback on every attempt. If a student already has Pro, the new days are added on top, so nothing is wasted.
Can I charge my students for codes?
Yes, and you set the price. Include codes in your course fee, sell them as an add-on, or give them as scholarships. You pay a set price per code: 2 months from $28 a code, falling to $20 at volume. Whatever you charge above that is yours.

Can I see who used their codes?
Yes. Your partner portal shows every code you've issued, who redeemed it and when, alongside your seats and invoices. Each student's practice results stay private to them.
